           Group Personal Training Sessions:

           Enjoy 3 x small group tailored strength and conditioning sessions per week at

            6am, 7am, 12.30pm and 6.30pm every Monday, Wednesday + Friday (5.30pm Friday), also 9am Saturday.

           Choose your preferred 45 minute slot and expect a targeted workout that will burn fat and tone muscle using a variety of body weight, conditioning and strength training exercises!

           A short meditation involving self-reflection on your year so far, including journalling, breath work and intention setting.

      &lt;br/&gt;&#xD;
    &lt;/span&gt;&#xD;

           10am: 60 minute YIN-YANG FLOW:
          &#xD;

           60 minute gentle morning flow to awaken the senses against the backdrop of the stunning Vineyard Views. We will start the day with an energising and strengthening 1 hour Yin Yang Yoga Flow facing the most stunning views and greenery. This Vinyasa flow will energise and strengthen you, the view inspire you, whilst the restorative poses will slow you down, centre you, regulate your breath and digestive system, and finding harmony and balance.

Associated with our third chakra - our Manipura chakra, which is around our solar plexus, this is the centre of our action, energy, passion and personal power. This fire generates energy for the body, it burns away what is no longer needed making space for new ideas, new ways of being. It encourages us to live to the fullest, encouraging joy, love and compassion. Too much fire though and we risk burn out, too little and we can become withdrawn, depressed or lacking in confidence. 
          &#xD;
    &lt;/span&gt;&#xD;
  &lt;/p&gt;&#xD;
  &lt;p&gt;&#xD;
    &lt;span&gt;&#xD;

Moving onto some reflective journalling, we will have the chance to sit with ourselves and consider how we balance our energies and our inner fire, our personal power.

The healing vibrational energy with wash over and through you bringing peace, balance and harmony to your physical, emotional and spiritual body. Finishing with a refreshing drink, this is a very special evening for you to invest in yourself and your physical and mental wellbeing.

           3 x Small Group Personal Training sessions per week

           These sessions will take place at 6am every Monday, Wednesday and Friday and will be strength sessions designed to build muscle, improve strength, and boost confidence. There is a lot of scientific evidence to support movement as the first thing you do in your day as being extremely beneficial, from improved metabolism to extra mental focus in your day.
          &#xD;
    &lt;/span&gt;&#xD;
  &lt;/p&gt;&#xD;
  &lt;p&gt;&#xD;
    &lt;span&gt;&#xD;
      &lt;br/&gt;&#xD;
    &lt;/span&gt;&#xD;
  &lt;/p&gt;&#xD;
  &lt;p&gt;&#xD;
    &lt;span&gt;&#xD;
      
           Our PT sessions will focus on lifting weights and progressive overload which is vital to strength building. This involves lifting heavier, in each set, or each session or even each week, to build that all important muscle.
          &#xD;
    &lt;/span&gt;&#xD;
  &lt;/p&gt;&#xD;
  &lt;p&gt;&#xD;
    &lt;span&gt;&#xD;
      &lt;br/&gt;&#xD;
    &lt;/span&gt;&#xD;
  &lt;/p&gt;&#xD;
  &lt;p&gt;&#xD;
    &lt;span&gt;&#xD;
      
           Truth! After age 30, you begin to lose as much as 3% to 5% per decade! Only strength training will prevent this!
          &#xD;
    &lt;/span&gt;&#xD;
  &lt;/p&gt;&#xD;
  &lt;p&gt;&#xD;
    &lt;span&gt;&#xD;
      &lt;br/&gt;&#xD;
    &lt;/span&gt;&#xD;
  &lt;/p&gt;&#xD;

    &lt;span&gt;&#xD;
      &lt;span&gt;&#xD;
        
            1 x easy to follow Nutrition Plan
           &#xD;

           The plan will focus on protein intake and portion control rather than calorie counting. This will supercharge fat loss and boost your energy levels.

      &lt;br/&gt;&#xD;

           You will message your coach daily with what you have eaten and share recipes and ideas with your team. This accountability means you have a much better chance of sticking to your goal. Daily water intake will also be targeted and logged.

  &lt;p&gt;&#xD;
    &lt;span&gt;&#xD;
      &lt;br/&gt;&#xD;
    &lt;/span&gt;&#xD;

    &lt;span&gt;&#xD;
      
           Hydration Target: Just hydrating properly will make a huge different to your water retention and bloating and will aid recovery in your training sessions. 
          &#xD;
    &lt;/span&gt;&#xD;
  &lt;/p&gt;&#xD;
  &lt;p&gt;&#xD;
    &lt;span&gt;&#xD;
      &lt;br/&gt;&#xD;
    &lt;/span&gt;&#xD;
  &lt;/p&gt;&#xD;
  &lt;p&gt;&#xD;
    &lt;span&gt;&#xD;
      
           Protein Target: Your protein target will help build muscle and ensure you feel fuller for longer.
          &#xD;
    &lt;/span&gt;&#xD;
  &lt;/p&gt;&#xD;
  &lt;p&gt;&#xD;
    &lt;span&gt;&#xD;
      &lt;br/&gt;&#xD;
    &lt;/span&gt;&#xD;
  &lt;/p&gt;&#xD;
  &lt;p&gt;&#xD;
    &lt;span&gt;&#xD;
      
           Truth! Most of us are eating the wrong stuff, too much of it and not enough protein! Your body needs 0.75g protein per kilo of bodyweight and you can double this if you want to build muscle! 
          &#xD;
    &lt;/span&gt;&#xD;
  &lt;/p&gt;&#xD;
  &lt;p&gt;&#xD;
    &lt;span&gt;&#xD;
      &lt;br/&gt;&#xD;
    &lt;/span&gt;&#xD;
  &lt;/p&gt;&#xD;
  &lt;p&gt;&#xD;
    &lt;span&gt;&#xD;
      
           Focusing in on extra protein &amp;amp; portion control as well as mindful eating will ensure a happier and stronger body. You’ll start to feel energised and less sluggish!
          &#xD;
    &lt;/span&gt;&#xD;
  &lt;/p&gt;&#xD;
  &lt;p&gt;&#xD;
    &lt;span&gt;&#xD;
      &lt;br/&gt;&#xD;
    &lt;/span&gt;&#xD;

           You will need to plan your meals too, which means less chance of grabbing a processed snack on the go!

    &lt;span&gt;&#xD;

           BUT your NEAT (basically the calories burned by the movements you make outside of exercise, e.g. cooking, cleaning, walking), is responsible for around 40% of your daily calorie burn. Not so fun fact! Your daily workout only accounts for around 5% of this daily calorie burn. So, it is VITAL that we are building more steps into our days and weeks.

            Yin Yoga - slow and restorative. Lots of hands on tlc using the power of touch to relax and rejuvenate. Think essential oil drops on your forehead or light shoulder or foot massage.

            The room will be pre-heated to a toasty 25 degrees. As the temperature drops you will make use of the yoga blankets. Snuggly socks and jumper also recommended. Think max comfort.
