Checklist for your First Class
You don't need to have any knowledge of yoga or pilates to take part in our classes, the teacher will explain every posture and exercise very clearly and you will be able to join in with most of them, even for your very first class.

HOT PILATES STRENGTH
SweatFiit Hot Pilates Strength classes deliver dynamic, muscle-sculpting sequences designed to strengthen and tone every major muscle group — core, glutes, legs, arms, and back — using intelligent, low-impact resistance for maximum results.
Each class incorporates hand weights, resistance bands, stability balls, sliders, and booty benches to challenge your muscles from multiple angles, improve stability, and build long, lean strength without unnecessary strain.

In each session, we target connective tissue and joints, holding poses for longer periods to gently encourage mobility, release tension, and restore natural alignment. Our women-only Group PT classes are unheated strength sessions and form a key part of the 6-Week SweatFiit Shred program. Delivered in small, focused groups, these 45-minute sessions are designed to help you build lean muscle, torch body fat, and leave feeling strong, confident, and energised.
Classes combine resistance equipment, bodyweight exercises, and metabolic conditioning to target multiple muscle groups at once — think squats, deadlifts, presses, and pulls — for real-world strength and functional fitness.
